Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders withing 1-2 weeks, depending on order volume and delivery circumstances. Each candle is carefully packaged using secure materials, including bubble wrap and cooling bubble wrap, to help ensure your order arrives intact and protected from heat during transit. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery. If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated 1-2 week timeframe, we will contact you with an update and give you the option to approve a revised shipping date or request a full refund. 

All of our candles are thoroughly tested for quality, include appropriate warning labels, and come with care instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
